TECNAN BLUE is a cold-blued nanoceramic protector designed to repair and protect the metal surfaces of any type of weapon. Its single-component formula with high-hardness ceramic nanoparticles creates a layer that is extremely resistant to corrosion, scratches, oils, solvents, and external agents. It does not require heat to cure, although it can be accelerated if desired. It is easy to apply for both professional and home use.

Application
It can be applied directly to barrels, slides, bodies, drums and other metal parts of the weapon.
The surface must be clean, dry and degreased.
Application by spray or spray gun in uniform strokes
Allows high-adhesion finishes and reapplication in damaged areas without having to remove the previous coating.

Está especialmente diseñado para piezas metálicas de armas de fuego o aire comprimido, y es apto tanto para tratamientos completos como para retoques localizados.

Tecnan Blue está disponible en formato líquido y aerosol, adaptado a diferentes usos y volúmenes:

Negro 250 ml (líquido): perfecto para aplicaciones manuales en varias armas o zonas amplias. Ideal para usuarios exigentes o mantenimiento regular.

Negro 1 L (líquido): pensado para profesionales o armerías, con alto volumen de trabajo y necesidad de tratamiento continuo.

Negro Satin 200 ml (aerosol): práctico para quienes buscan una aplicación rápida, homogénea y sin herramientas.

Negro Mate 200 ml (aerosol): opción ideal si deseas un acabado más discreto o táctico, también en aerosol.

Consejo: si eres un particular y prefieres aplicar a pincel o bastoncillo, los líquidos de 250 ml son perfectos. Si buscas rapidez o tratar superficies grandes con facilidad, elige aerosol.

Limpia y desengrasa completamente la superficie. Usa alcohol isopropílico o disolvente.

Aplica una capa muy fina con un paño suave, bastoncillo o pistola aerográfica.

Secado y curado:

El producto cura a temperatura ambiente en 24-48 horas.

Si deseas acelerar el proceso, puedes aplicar calor a 140-150 °C durante 1 hora, lo que mejora la adherencia y resistencia del recubrimiento.

Puedes aplicar varias capas muy finas para lograr un color más uniforme e intenso.

Sí. Si el producto aún no ha curado por completo, puedes retirar el exceso con un paño limpio y alcohol.
En caso de que ya haya curado:

Usa una lana de acero fina o un estropajo suave para lijar la zona.

Limpia de nuevo y vuelve a aplicar el producto con una capa uniforme.

Consejo: es preferible aplicar capas finas sucesivas en lugar de una gruesa, para lograr un acabado más duradero y estético.
