SUPER HAPPY, I bought a Gamo Maxima 5.5 rifle and the shipping to Castellón was super super fast, the next morning I already had it at home, and everything was perfect, very protected packaging, very good communication, I will buy from them again a million times because they are incredibly friendly, the guy explained everything to me and such, 100% RECOMMENDED, thank you very much and a big hug.

I had the pleasure of purchasing the 150th Anniversary Edition Cometa 400 Fenix ​​​​at the lowest price I could find online from these kind people. I also indicated that I am passionate about wood and that it would be great if they could send me a nicely figured example. These come with Spanish Walnut stocks. I'm not sure what was done in the background, but I can certainly say my hopes were met on this point!! Excellent communication and overall customer service as I had a few inquiries that were promptly answered. Shipping to France was FAST, easy, and inexpensive. I don't normally write these reviews, but this exceptional service motivated me to do so. I highly recommend this store!

¿Es legal comprar un arma a través de una tienda online en España?

Sí, es totalmente legal siempre que se realice a través de una armería autorizada como CARBIN. El proceso está estrictamente regulado por el Reglamento de Armas (Real Decreto 137/1993).

  • Armas de fuego: Usted realiza la compra en nuestra web y nosotros enviamos el arma directamente a la Intervención de Armas de la Guardia Civil que corresponda a su domicilio. Allí, tras presentar su licencia (D, E o F) y abonar las tasas de la Guía de Pertenencia (Modelo 790), podrá retirarla legalmente. Solicitud de guía de pertenencia de armas.
  • Aire comprimido y Airsoft: Son armas de 4ª categoría. Solo requiere ser mayor de edad y presentar su DNI. Para su uso en exteriores, deberá registrarlas en su Ayuntamiento mediante las tarjetas de armas que CARBIN le facilita con su compra.

¿Bajo qué marco legal específico opera CARBIN?

Operamos bajo la supervisión directa de la Guardia Civil y cumplimos con el Real Decreto 726/2020, que actualiza la normativa sobre trazabilidad y seguridad en la comercialización de armas. Cada producto que sale de nuestro almacén cuenta con una trazabilidad completa desde el fabricante hasta el cliente final, garantizando que su posesión sea 100% lícita y esté debidamente documentada ante las autoridades competentes.

¿Cómo garantiza CARBIN el rendimiento técnico y la calidad de sus productos?

No solo nos avalan 85 años de historia; aplicamos criterios de ingeniería balística en nuestra selección.
