Terms of purchase

The items are shipped in a single shipment and with the longest delivery time.

Any transport damage or defects must be notified within 24 hours.

Product returns, due to inadmissibility or warranty, must be requested by email.

The return transport costs due to inadmissibility, will be in force at the time of purchase in the country concerned.

The information requested from the buyer is that required in Spain for the ownership and use of the product sold. In the event that the legislation of the destination country imposes other, different or additional requirements, the buyer will be responsible for compliance and processing, exempting the seller from any liability.
