Leupold riflescopes are known for their elite optical performance, and the Mark 3HD is no exception. But achieving this level of excellence does not happen overnight. Over the past 113 years, Leupold has built military grade optics that outlast any other on the market, and has applied that heritage to a new line of tactical scopes.
All Mark 3HD models have everything you need to get the most out of your tactical rifle. Complete with MIL-based adjustments, exposed elevation adjustments, HD lenses, and a low-profile power selector ring, this series offers everything a tactical or long-range shooter could ask for. And like all Leupold rifles, it is designed, machined and assembled in the USA and is backed by the Leupold 30 year warranty.
Eye relief and the “eyebox” are hallmarks of LEUPOLDs and this visor was no exception. It is very easy and quick to find the side of the eyepiece which offers a complete and clear view of the image it transmits.
Given its tactical vocation, the height correction turret is discovered. The corrections are in MIL, 0.1 MIL per click, which results in a variation of one cm at 100 m. The clicks feel very good and have a correction range of 125 MOA.
The Mark 3HD delivers legendary Leupold performance and reliability, but with a certain level of specialization. Intended for users of rifles type AR-15, AR-10, VZ-58, etc. looking for a relatively inexpensive tactical lens, but great performance at medium range.
