Features NORICA STORM AIR RIFLE Cal 6.35mm

Norica Storm 6.35 mm: classic spring-piston character in .25 calibre

The Norica Storm 6.35 mm (.25) air rifle combines traditional spring-piston technology with an elegant steam-treated beechwood stock. This version retains the distinctive characteristics of the Storm range while being specifically designed for larger-diameter pellets.

With a nominal factory energy of 23.8 joules and a declared muzzle velocity of 190 m/s, the Norica Storm 6.35 mm offers a distinct calibre configuration. It features a German steel spring, an adjustable two-stage trigger, fibre-optic sights and an 11 mm rail for fitting a compatible rifle scope.

Four defining features of the Norica Storm 6.35 mm

This version combines the signature features of the Storm range with a larger calibre. Traditional materials and established mechanical components give the rifle its distinctive character.

Steam-treated beechwood stock: classic design and comfort

The Norica Storm 6.35 mm with wooden stock retains one of the most recognisable features of this air rifle family: its steam-treated beechwood stock. The natural wood finish gives the rifle a traditional appearance that sets it apart from synthetic-stock models.

Chequered areas on the pistol grip and fore-end provide textured gripping surfaces. The ventilated rubber butt pad contributes to comfort and helps absorb vibrations generated by the spring mechanism during firing.

German steel spring: the traditional Storm mechanism

The 6.35 mm version retains the traditional German steel spring system used throughout the Norica Storm range, including the 4.5 and 5.5 mm versions. Its mechanical operation requires neither CO₂ cartridges nor an external compressed-air supply.

According to Norica's technical specifications, all three calibres share a standard nominal factory energy of 23.8 J. Differences in calibre are reflected, among other things, in the velocities declared by the manufacturer.

For the 6.35 mm version, Norica specifies 190 m/s. This is a manufacturer reference figure rather than a guaranteed velocity with every pellet type.

Adjustable two-stage trigger and automatic safety

The Norica Storm features an adjustable two-stage trigger, allowing its characteristics to be tailored to the shooter's preferences.

The mechanism also includes an automatic safety. As with any air rifle, standard firearm-handling safety rules must always be followed, even when the safety is engaged.

Fibre-optic sights and 11 mm scope rail

The Norica Storm 6.35 mm spring-piston air rifle is equipped with an adjustable micrometric rear sight and a fibre-optic front sight, allowing it to be used with its open sights.

It also features an 11 mm dovetail rail for fitting a compatible rifle scope using suitable mounts. Optics specifically rated for the distinctive recoil characteristics of spring-piston air rifles are recommended.
