Maxamet is an extremely hard high speed powder tool steel developed specifically for use in Carpenter steel mill rollers. It has properties that transcend steels for conventional high-speed tools and approach those of cemented carbides, the ultra-hard materials used to machine other steels. Spyderco is one of the few companies that dominates the specialized methods necessary to mechanize, heat treat and grind this demanding material to produce reliable and high-performance knives.       Hello, Despite my antivirus alerts, this website is trustworthy. Very competitive prices, excellent communication, and incredibly fast delivery times. I placed an order on December 17, 2025, after contacting them by phone. They were very helpful and did everything they could to ship the package the same day...       I had the pleasure of purchasing the 150th Anniversary Edition Cometa 400 Fenix ​​​​at the lowest price I could find online from these kind people. I also indicated that I am passionate about wood and that it would be great if they could send me a nicely figured example. These come with Spanish Walnut stocks. I'm not sure what was done in the background, but I can certainly say my hopes were met on this point!!
