Norden 6 ATL: a dial-fastening boot, but not BOA

Some shoppers use “BOA hunting boots” as shorthand for any boot adjusted with a dial and cable. The Norden 6 ATL actually uses the ATL system. The two concepts address a similar need — quick tension without conventional laces — but ATL and BOA are not the same brand or technology. The accurate description is therefore ATL quick-lacing or ATL rotary fastening.

The RTC Norden 6 ATL combines 1.8 mm Italian nubuck, polyester fabric, an Osmotech PLUS membrane, reinforced toe, anatomical antibacterial footbed and a triple-density PU, EVA and rubber sole. Its declared weight is 625 g per boot, with sizes from 39 to 47.
